Celebration for the Nations
Update November 09
Taking back the Land
In the last update I wrote about the significance of 2010 being our fourth year out of seven for the Celebration for the Nations. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob built 7 altars to cleanse the land spiritually from the evil that had been done in it. We looked particularly at Abraham's fourth altar in the last update, which speaks so clearly of the Cross.

Celebration for the Nations 2009 Report
17th July - 5th August
Hallelujah!
First of all a big THANK YOU to the Lord Jesus Christ! His Presence made the Celebration very special.
A report can only touch the fringes of all that the Lord did over these last few weeks, but we do want to thank each person who was involved. Many put in weeks and months of work, in prayer, in administration, in practical preparation, in stewarding, counselling etc. The worship leaders and groups were amazing. Again it was so wonderful to work with people who were not concerned about making a name for themselves, but in glorying in the Lord's great name. Praise God and thank you everyone!

Celebration Update July 09
Dear Worshipper Warriors,
We are here in the month of Celebration for the Nations!
Wait with me through the heat of the day
Jesus sat by a well outside a little village in Samaria, tired, hot and thirsty. Deeper than his physical thirst was a longing to bring the living water to that area.

Celebration Update May '09
The Lord is restoring David's fallen tent in these Last Days.
When the Word became flesh, John tells us that he 'tabernacled', or made his dwelling tent among us, (John 1:14). I believe that this was the beginning of the Lord restoring David's fallen tent. The early disciples saw his glory; saw his grace and truth displayed through his love-filled life. They came into the shelter of his 'tent' and 'tabernacled' with him. When Jesus died and rose again, he sent the Holy Spirit so that his Word could become flesh in all who believe. The tabernacle began to grow as more and more people entered into his Presence by faith.

Celebration Update April 09
Breaking down dividing walls
Jesus' death brought us peace:
'For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility' (Ephesians 2:14).
He destroyed the wall between Jew and Gentile, Man and Woman, Slave and Free.

Celebration Update : March 09
Repentance is a celebration of God's mercy!
Paul states in Romans chapter 2 that it is God's kindness that leads us to repentance. The Lord is longing for us to be totally free! The reason the Holy Spirit convicts us of sin is to liberate us from its hold. Evan Roberts famous prayer, and perhaps the prelude to the Welsh Revival was simply: 'Bend me O Lord!' .

Celebration News February 09
Picking up the Dormant Anointing
Elisha was not able to pass on his anointing. His disciple, Gehazi, was unfaithful, (corrupted by the materialism of this world, i.e. Mammon). Jehoash, who was King in Elisha's old age, did not have the perseverance needed. He recognised the prophet's anointing, and sought him out for help, but when Elisha told him to strike the ground with the weapon which would defeat the enemy (arrows),

Celebration Update January 2009
Praise God for another New Year to walk with him and demonstrate his goodness, as we celebrate his love.
The voice of the Lord is majestic
'his voice was like the sound of rushing waters' (Revelation 1:15).
The written word of God is wonderful, yet as we read it, if we listen, we can overhear the voice of the Lord, which is filled with the water of life! Jesus tells us that 'the sheep listen to his voice' and he 'calls his own sheep by name and leads them out' (John 10). Can you hear him speaking your name? The Lord of the Universe is calling for you!
