Run towards revival!
'Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus' (from Hebrews 12:1-2).
Dear worshippers,
The Lord has called us together for His purposes. He is calling us to the top of Mount Carmel to worship Him on the mountain that overlooks Megiddo, known in the Bible as Armageddon, where the final End Time battle will be fought.
Jesus is calling out His End Time Harvesters: an army whose weapon is LOVE, who will run towards the revival He has promised, when He will pour out His Spirit on all flesh. How can we 'run' in spiritual terms? I think the key is in the second part of the Hebrew passage I quoted.....looking to Jesus!
Jesus is the answer! He has already won the battle! Our heavenly Father has freely given us His Son. He lives in us and is longing for us to run with Him.
There are so many things that can distract us, whether they be pleasures or problems, but if we want to run we must fix our eyes on Jesus!
Therefore lift your drooping hands and strengthen your weak knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed (Hebrews 12:12-13).
Let's agree together not to allow anything to get in the way of our pursuit of Jesus. Some of us are weary, some of us are struggling with doubts and fears, with sickness, with lack. We make straight paths for our feet when we lift our heads and and look to our Lord. He then works the miracle.
As we come back into the intimacy of the Garden (see April's update), fellowshipping with Him and with each other, we can wield that weapon of love, and shout His salvation from the Mountain Top!
Shillong and Jubilee
This week we had visit from an Indian lady called Audrey. She comes from Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, North East India where revival broke out through Welsh missionaries in 1906. Since then, the Lord has given a revival every 50 years (1956 and 2006). She was part of what started in 2006 and told us stories of thousands of children all across the State of Meghalaya who were overcome by the Holy Spirit, even in their school classes. Many of them lay 'unconscious' for hours having visions of heaven. Children as young as three were travailing in prayer for their parents, their village, their land. They would then go out and lead people to repentance and salvation. The society was radically changed by the Holy Spirit. THIS IS WHAT WE ARE RUNNING TOWARDS, FOR OUR LANDS AND THE NATIONS!

Audrey prayed with us in our Monday night Celebration meeting, and all of us were touched by the Lord.
Fifty is the year of Jubilee. The Lord told Israel to have a special celebration every fiftieth year, when they were to release prisoners, forgive anyone who owed them debts and restore the inheritance to those who had lost it.
This year in the Hebrew calendar (until September 2016) is the year of Jubilee. Let's pray for a break out of freedom, of forgiveness, of restoration and of inheritance for all of those in the land of Israel! Jesus is the Jubilee!
Provision
Praise the Lord for a recent gift of £1000 towards this year's Celebration costs in Israel!
The only charges we make for people coming are to cover their own accommodation, transport and food. All other costs we take jointly by faith so that whoever wants to come may enter and experience the Presence of the Lord with no barrier, whether they they know Jesus yet or not.
