Celebration for the Nations update October 2013

Dear Worshipping Warriors,

Warm greetings to you all from Wales. I wanted to write and let you know a couple of things:

Finance
Praise the Lord that we have been able to meet all the bills! What is more we have given £2500 to help with the organising of next year’s Celebration in Korea,

we have kept back £5000 as seed money into the next stage of Celebration for the Nations internationally, and we have about £5000 to give away. £2000 has gone to Revival Korea for their work and for their ministry into North Korea, £600 to Choose Life, the Llanelli Charity who help people get free of addiction;(you may remember them, they were serving burgers on the field, and two of their workers met Jesus for the first time!). We are still praying over where to give the rest, but our heart is for the poor particularly. Thank you for everyone who gave so generously! It thrills my heart to realise that though we started with nothing, the Lord through His people has provided over £150,000! This is our corporate alabaster jar broken at His feet!

Prophetic Word for Wales
On 19th September a man with a prophetic ministry, came to Wales from America at his own expense because he felt he had a word to bring from the Lord.

He was received by Swansea City Church, and a few hundred people, including myself came to hear what he had to say. All prophecy needs to be tested, so I am bringing this to you for your testing too; but my own heart resonates and witnesses with much of this. He spoke for over an hour, so I am only noting down some of the things he said that I think are a particular strengthening and encouragement to us. Of course this all comes from my perspective.

Three generations will rise in Wales. He felt that a new move of the Spirit is coming to Wales and that it would encompass the generations. Many over 80 years old have been longing for revival and they will see it with their own eyes.

Year of the door. This year in the Jewish calendar that started in September is the year 5774. It is called the year of the door. The whole time he was speaking he had a slide up with a picture of a door open and a fountain on the other side. He said that this is a very special time for Wales; that we have access now to what the Lord is doing in heaven; that the very land has been crying out for the glory of God to come again; and that the Lord has been waiting for His people to respond. We are the channels between earth and heaven. We connect the land to what the Lord is already doing in heaven. When we start moving with the glory of God, everything connects. We then become the Lord’s prayer...Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. We must be willing to pay the cost, to live in obedience to the Spirit.

(As he was speaking, one of his team came and sung a prophetic song about pouring out the perfume from our alabaster box).

The Lord will pour out the fullness of what was lost in another season. There is a new wineskin to receive the new wine. God is very near. Expect new manifestations of the glory and love of God. There is a well to be opened as we go through the door.

Six months, six doors. He saw six doors that were sealed in heaven and had been sealed by the Lord for a hundred years. He sealed them because of the warfare in the heavens that was allowed to carry on because of the sinfulness of men. However, our worship was beginning to unseal the first door and it was coming open. The next six months are crucial. Worship is the key. We will open the doors by our obedience.

He said the timing of his coming at the beginning of the Feast of Tabernacles was no accident. The Lord is commanding us to rejoice and to gather together and worship. That worship is the key to opening the doors, not just church by church but breaking down barriers and gathering together to worship. The way we worship will determine the fruitfulness of the harvest.

This decade. Every decade has a specific purpose. This decade is the time to watch for new springs to come up!! We have just finished a three-year transition time. This week (from 19th Sept) is the start of a new two-year transition. It is time to establish new structures. Within these next two years Wales is in place for a visitation of the Holy Spirit that will sweep the UK and the nations. The third year from now will be a time of great spiritual warfare. The gates of Hell will rise up, but God’s people will prevail. Wales will determine the course of the war by the power of the Spirit. Wales will be hidden under the shadow of His wing and people will come from many places for refuge.

Honey in the land. This will be a time of sweetness of the Word of God. There will be new levels of teaching. Women will have a great role.

Joseph’s coat. This new revival will be like Joseph’s mantle. It will have many colours, many facets and many gifts.

Our response
I am sure that you will see the great parallel here to what the Lord has been showing us through Celebration for the Nations. It is so encouraging! We have been asking local church leaders to consider taking the baton now by arranging joint worship times. Celebration has done what it is supposed to in Wales. I believe that the well is beginning to spring up, but now the people of Wales need to take over.

After the meeting three local leaders came to me and thanked us for what we had done during Celebration for the Nations here in Wales. One said ‘I believe the first door is opening in heaven because of what you have done’. Another said ‘Wales owes you a great debt’. I am passing on their thanks to everyone of you who have poured your lives into this worship intercession.

The leaders are now meeting together to consider the response to this message. Praise the Lord!

There is great change coming, and all that is not of God in our lives and ministries will be shaken. Let’s press into the Lord and support each other too.

Onwards
This Celebration army is on the march. Next year we are in Korea. Our heart cry is that the well in Pyongyang will spring up again! Maybe many of you sense the battle. Often this comes at a personal level as well as local and national. Do not give up! The Lion of Judah is roaring! He is our King!
